I am honoured to have been appointed by the Local Authority as your LA Governor. I have ten years previous experience as a Governor. I currently provide training in Safeguarding and GDPR with different Local Authorities. I have a previous background which included, educating, advising and dealing with safeguarding issues within primary and secondary schools. I am looking forward to working with the Governing Body to provide best opportunities, outcomes and safety for the school community

Tom Avery

I joined the governing body in Autumn 2017 as a foundation governor with responsibility for overseeing the school's SEN and diversity programme, and am also a member of the RE and Worship Committee. I have two children in Holy Trinity, and as a former pupil, have a particular interest in helping to uphold the excellent standards of the school. I work in publishing, and volunteer for a number of literacy charities.

I am a Foundation Governor and I joined the Governing body following my appointment as Priest-In-Charge of Holy Trinity Church, East Finchley, in October 2016. I sit in the RE & Worship Committee. The relationship between our school and our church goes back to 1847 and it is important for me and for our church community to keep nourishing it. One of my priorities as the priest of Holy Trinity church is to oversee the spiritual wellbeing of our pupils, their parents, and that of our school staff.

I joined the Governing Body in January 2014 as a Foundation Governor and enjoy being part of the CPC, RE and Admissions Committees, as well as previously being Vice Chair and Chair of Governors. I find the role challenging but rewarding and I am proud to support our school management team in ensuring all our pupils reach their full potential. I bring skills and experience to the team, gained from working in various management positions in the private sector.

I joined the governing body in the autumn term of 2018 and have two children at the school. I am an experienced chartered accountant with a commercial focus and I have been a governor of a local secondary school in the past. I will l bring this experience to support the school and the Finance, Staffing and Buildings Committee in particular. I also sit on the RE and Worship Committee.

Brian Hooper

A member of All Saints' since 1977, serving as Sacristan and numerous roles over the years. Fortunate early retirement from teaching at 50, after being Head of Mathematics, Head of Year and Senior Teacher. Active in East Finchley, with Charity work for numerous events and Various organisations. Awarded a Civic Award and feature in articles in the Archer. Looking forward to serving Holy Trinity School, using my knowledge and organisational skills in Education.

I became a Foundation Governor in October 2020, appointed by the Holy Trinity Church PCC. I am a lawyer with nearly 20 years’ experience working in the City, initially in private practice before moving on to work in-house for a global financial institution. I have two daughters at the school and hope to continue the work of my predecessor in strengthening the connection between our school and our church, in what I believe to be a symbiotic relationship.

I joined the Governing Body in January 2021 as a Foundation Governor and both of my sons are at the school. I am an experienced lawyer, having worked both in-house and in private practice in the City. I’m looking forward to using my skills and experience to support the school in providing the best possible education, environment and opportunities for all of the children.

I joined the governing body in the Summer Term of 2017 as a parent governor on the Finance, Staffing and Buildings Committee. I have a legal and accounting background and currently work in finance. I have two daughters at the school. I am honoured to help this wonderful school continue thriving, ultimately with the reward of delivering a good start in life for every child.

I joined the governing body in November 2020 and my daughter attends the school. I am a Director of an education charity and have been involved in the non-profit sector for more than 8 years. Prior to this I had a lengthy career in the finance sector. I will call upon my career and life experiences to support across the governing body where possible, but in particular with both the Wellbeing Committee and Finance, Staff and Buildings Committee.

I was honoured to be appointed parent governor in the summer term of 2016. I have one son in the school and remained an Associate Governor after my term expired. I am Chair of CPC and currently oversee pupil premium and quality of teaching. I run my own inventory business and work as a business development consultant at a college. I am very proud to be a member of the school as both a parent and governor and I will continue to assist the staff and pupils

I joined as Associate Governor in Autumn 2019 supporting the Finance, Staffing and Buildings committee. I have two children at the school and believe it's important to contribute to the local community and in particular support progressive and inclusive education. I currently work as a product manager for an analytics company and my experience spans across finance and technology.
